Authored by Hanaa

Hanaa is inspired by the daily grind and hustle that goes by without notice but has major effects on our health, mentally and physically. Her first writing attempt (not yet published) was about the environment where Hanaa wanted to bridge her academic studies of communications and sustainable development law. But her passion was derailed with the arrival of her first son whose autism ignited a new voice in Hanaa that would empower parents and families to act inwardly and outward as they are the building blocks of society. Whether caring for our children, for our homes, or for our environment; families hold the rein in making the changes that ripple across communities and societies to impact nations.

Book 1: Raising Me

Raising Me aims to foster inclusive communities that break the barriers of what is "normal" to include all diverse-abilities. It is written in 3 sections, each of 3 chapters, starting with what constitutes the building blocks of society: the family. Sections 2 and 3 then describe the daily habits each of us can practice to elevate ourselves into involved members of society, ready to empathize with others.

Book 2: Helping Hands

Book in progress. Helping Hands tells the stories of many helpers, from housekeepers, to nannies, drivers, and tutors. It draws attention to the necessary needs for a home to be maintained and how reliance on domestic help may be reduced with involvement of the family members.

Book launch is expected by end of 2026!
